2 Evenly distribute the toner

in the cartridge.

Holding a cartridge with both

hands, gently rock it from side-

to-side seven or eight times.

3 Holding the toner cartridge

so the arrow is at the top,

insert the cartridge as far as

it will go.

4 Rotate the toner cartridge

clockwise until the “

”

mark on the cartridge is

aligned with Lock on the

printer.

 Caution:

Be sure to rotate the cartridge all the way to the

Lock mark. Otherwise, toner may spill.

Locate the antirotation switch

and the rotation knob.

5 Press and release the anti-

rotation switch upward to

unlock the knob.

»Note:

Release the switch, or the toner cartridges will rotate

too far.
